Job Title: Site Security Manager Location: London Salary: £34,882 Closing Date: Thursday 6th November Our client, an established and successful security company, is looking for a Security Manager to manage one of its highly esteemed multi-tenant contracts in Central London. You will be tasked with ensuring the best possible service is provided to clients and visitors alike and that standards and procedures are thoroughly reviewed with improvements implemented wherever possible. As well as maintaining full staff levels on the site, you will be asked to review the performance of all staff members and make sure they are fully prepared to carry out their job to the required levels. You will be asked to contribute positively to the security management team and provide reports and recommendations where necessary. You will also be asked to manage and control the response to all incidents and ensure the deployment of staff is effective during any state of alert.
