Our client, one of the fastest growing, innovative and dynamic security organisations in the country, is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join their team and manage the operations throughout Herts, Bucks and Northants. You must have experience of liaising with clients and senior management, so you can maintain and exceed the agreements made between the two parties in terms of service provided. As well as your experience in a client liaison capacity, you must have a history of operational management within the manned guarding sector. This must include previous examples of budgetary responsibility, recruitment and as day to day site and business management. Knowledge of TimeGate or a similar rostering system is preferred.
